This tutorial will show you how to download Metadata for your project.
1. Right click on the project node and select Download Metadata > Advanced
2. At the download screen, select those items you wish to download and click "OK".
- Overwrite - Select this option, to overwrite your existing metadata files.
- Backup - Select this option to download metadata files for backup purposes. This action will not overwrite your current metadata files.
3. Refresh the project node in the Metadata Explorer.
