This tutorial shows you the basics of deploying metadata to a different organization.
1. Right click on the Project folder and select Deployment > Metadata (Ant Package).
2. At the next screen select the metadata item(s) you wish to deploy.
3. Once the selections have been made, select the Deployment option.
- Deployment Wizard - Builds an Ant package from the selected items and then Deploys the package to the selected destination.
- Ant Package - Builds an Ant package from the selected items and places it inside the "ANT PACKAGES" Panel.
- TeamForge - Builds an Ant package from the selected items and uploads it to the selected Release inside TeamForge.
